What is JUSD?
JUSD is a reward that turns into real money through trading. When you have JUSD in your trading account and place a trade, you pay the usual spread or commission. Then 50% of these trading costs will then be deducted from your JUSD rewards balance and converted into cashback on your trading account. 1 JUSD = 1 USD

How to earn welcome rewards?
After registration you will have 3 tasks available in your personal area:
- Verify identity
- Make first deposit

After completing each task you will receive a reward in JUSD on your Reward wallet.

How do I spend my JUSD rewards?
Close a trade, then we refund 50% of the spread from your JUSD Rewards wallet as cashback to your trading account balance next day (withdrawable).

How do I transfer JUSD to my trading account?
To transfer JUSD, go to the available reward section in your Reward wallet section and click ‘Transfer to account’. Choose the account you want to allocate your JUSD to, and the desired amount. Once the transaction is complete, your JUSD will be transferred instantly.

Can I withdraw JUSD or exchange it for cash or a bonus?
No. JUSD rewards itself is not withdrawable and cannot be exchanged directly for cash or any other bonus. They can only be used to refund 50% of your spread and trading commission.

How much trading cost does JUSD cover?
JUSD covers 50% of your spreads and commissions. You can split your JUSD rewards between various trading accounts and use 50% spreads reduction automatically when open trades. For accounts without commissions (Standard, Pro), JUSD covers the 50% of the open spread. For accounts with both spreads and commissions (Raw Spread), it covers 50% of the spread at trade opening and 50% of the trading commission.

Does JUSD expire?
Yes, rewards have an expiration period, and the exact expiration date is displayed in your Personal Area. Information about the rewards expiry is shown in the bonus transactions section of your Reward wallet.

Can I transfer JUSD back to the Reward wallet?
No, once JUSD is transferred to a trading account, it cannot be returned to the Reward Wallet.

Why can't I allocate JUSD to certain trading accounts?
JUSD cannot be allocated to trading accounts if your profile has not completed the document verification process. Once your profile is fully verified, you will be able to transfer JUSD to it.
